Those who love eating turkey, chicken, fried rice and the likes this period, will still testify how sweet it is irrespective of surprise package  you people sitting in high places has given to Nigerians during this yuletide. I and Nigerians are still confused over what to make out of this surprised hardship package. I cannot start assuming things as we on the grassroots hardly hear the truth from the corner and walls of the nation on what the problem is.

But be that as it may, Nigerians had a smooth movement and stable price of goods and services from January to November 31^st. that at the beginning of December everything turn sour.

Last year December the package was crocodile and python released on the masses with due notice, this year it is a golden silence of ashes and dust of N 145 per litre of fuel to N400.

As usual Nigerians have taken it in good faith especially the Christians who will always welcome any kind of cruelty as persecution, after all if Christianity is not an enviable religion, why persecute the faithful and the adherents.

It is no longer news that the Prince of Persia’s sit has been relocated to Nigeria. But I admonish you people still to take it easy on Nigerians, for the Lord still reign in the affairs of men. HE mitigated the sufferings of the poor ones who could not afford fuel to generate a cool fresh air by releasing harmattan from His stored cold room to cool our environment so that we can sleep and forget all these scorpion bites.

You have also heard that God created man from the dust of the earth and breathed life into him. God also gave him a love and life sustaining helper that was made out of only one rib from him.

That when he refused to appreciate what God gave him, his only rib, he became careless with it and the smart one helped him to lose it, so consenting to her eating the fruit of death lead death to became their master.

Adam rubbished the image of God in him, God came down Himself to redeem His Image, in the name of Christ the Messiah.

This time without the genes of sin, He was lead by the same serpent to be destroyed and nailed to death, with a stamp of criminality. But he was mistaking, not knowing that HE has no genes of sin, and using sin to sting and hold HIM down for life became impossible. Christ defeated him once and for all to restore every Adam that will want to key into the contract of dead and resurrection of Christ.

As economic hardship bits, Nigerians has resorted to borrowing money even to eat, pay rent, buy necessities of life, education for their wards etc.

This is encouraged instead of committing suicide as the economic recession of the present administration kick off the worst type of suicide, selling of children for food, known in the history of this nation.

I do not know whether Nigerian Police are so idle in their offices that they have resorted to converting civil and contract matters to criminal cases.

The activities under Money Lenders Act or Laws are contractual and so civil in nature, but many Courts are now being bombarded with borrowers who defaulted in payment of the sum borrowed. Virtually all Micro-finance Banks are now arraigning defaulters under our criminal justice system.

Not quite long I was called upon to rescue a woman detained by  Police on the complain of a Micro-finance for three days for not meeting up with her payment plan.

My question is, why resort to illegal and desperate way of dept recovery?

To me it is either the lenders are ignorant of the law, or they know the law and decided to flout it.

It also trouble my heart that some of our courts admit this cases and give stringent bail conditions that allow the borrower to remain in detention for weeks and months before they are released on bail. The said borrower end up borrowing more to get bailed out of detention.

Why do these lenders resort to desperation to recover their loan? Is it that they no longer trust the borrower whom they supposed to have had enough scrutiny before given out the loan?

The way and manner these lenders show desperation by using Police to harass, intimidate, locking up in toilets, and taking laws into their hands by confiscating the borrower’s properties without court order is irritating. Is it not foolish that these lenders will lure people to come and borrow with one kind of foolish promo and after the people borrowed the money, they will claim that they no longer trust the borrower, either because they did not make enough investigation on the borrower personality data, thereby converting their ignorant to punishment to borrower.

If every Micro-finance did enough investigation on the personality they want to part their money to, there will be no need to use harassment, intimidation, arrest and detention, they will sue in a civil court and even recover damages at the end and save the face of their business.

As it stands now, if it is in a civilize world, nobody will patronize them, but for the had times, they are still getting patronage and they think that these illegalities will continue forever.

I call on all Micro-finance operating in Nigeria to be reasonable. Some of your customers are committing suicide due to the way and manner you go about mishandling them. Do your investigation well before giving out loan and that will help you to locate the borrower easily and will also help you to approach civil courts or arbitration centers. When you see a bad dept, make sure you have a pro-rata plan of how to collect your money at the ease of the borrower than losing all, and not by using force.

The in house lawyers in these bank should be up and doing in proffering a saving advise to these Micro-finance and their various customers or face Nigerian Bar Association’s disciplinary tools soon, for we cannot stand by and watch all these bankruptcy of knowledge.

All Microfinance situated at Ikotun-Egbe areas of Lagos State should take note.

The way Nigerians quote the scriptures if it is how we are practicing it, Nigeria would have been a paradise.

It is a very big sin to misquote and misplace the Scriptures. The scriptures are practices and precedents and must be used and placed in all fours when in use, and not four pegs in round holes.

It is an abomination to use scripture to cover ones nakedness.

King Saul and David was the only two kings anointed with a horn of oil by God’s instruction others was by inheritance, before elective politics came in.

King Saul had God’s anointing but chose to work in the ways of Cain a murderer, but David chose after Seth the righteous one.

It was because of the righteousness of King David that he inherited the kingship from king Saul. And it was because of Saul’s murderous life that God curses of destruction was upon his family.

The Theocratic State of David can never be compared with any other government before or after him till date, and so not even that of President Mohamed Buhari.

In comparism, God chose David but the people chose their leaders in Nigeria and the world at large.

David swore with Torah and to God almighty to represent Him well his leadership position, world leaders swore with the Grund Norm CONSTITUTION of the country, to lead and rule according to the provisions of the said constitution.

The basic principle of such constitution is that the people themselves made the constitution and so elected a leader according to the said constitution who must lead and rule according to the said constitution. That is why it is call the government of the people, by the people and for the people known as Democracy, and not government of God by God and for God which is Theocracy.

Democracy portend that when their leaders start to deviate from the provisions of the constitution, they have started missing the mark and the people’s mouth begins to wag, and when that happens, that is not the time to call them descendants of Shimei, it is the time to correct the people by proving that the leaders have not failed with evidences, with that the people will continue to be good followers.

Since man rejected God’s ruler ship, God steps out and allowed man to rule themselves. Man has since designed rules and regulations to guide them in their daily living and ruler ship style. It be hove leaders to lead well and the people to follow well or else both will tear and inflict injuries on themselves.

The voice of the people they said is the voice of God, they are still the electorate and power still reside with them, if they have started criticizing a leader it is time the leaders call themselves to order and not to hoard information and act as if the people are nothing and powerless and term them the enemy of government.

Besides the government of this world has nothing to do with God and His Words, because their systems is of this world and not of God whose words they break every day, and so they must not resort to the said Holy Script whose principles and precepts are quite different from their own.

It is only in Christendom that Holy Script is so miss used and miss quoted, it is time to respect it or be judged by its miss use. Politicians and their cronies should pick the constitution, read it and abide strictly to its provisions and face the masses when they err and leave Bible alone for the priests of God to use and interpret in His house.

David was not subjected to people’s judgment but to God, but PMB must be subjected to the people’s and constitutional judgment at the end of the day and when they judge they are not Shimei because their judgment is base on what they see, hear or read from Media or Social Media.

It is disheartening that Metro London that gave some of us shock about our leaders’ death went scot free and it is Nigerians who has suffered this same miss feat before are the ones abused. Politicians must also beware on how they abuse the people of God with lies, deceit and hardship, while they cruise in squalor.

The future politicians has to make sure that a prosperous leader must meets the condition precedent before submitting himself or herself to leadership, on nationalistic, health, certificates, age and etc.

The only Scripture that meet democracy is seen in Judges 9:7-57, the story of Abimelech and his step brothers, to the effect that when the people choose a wrong person, the wrong leader will kill the people and at the end the people will kill the leader.

Wisdom is profitable, this call for caution on both parties.

The coming into existence of Social Media in the World, Africa and Nigeria in particular has help in no  small way to the knowledge of people of different race and culture.

I do not know whether people have noticed the race consciousness going on all over the world now. People, tribe and race are tracing their roots.

I read recently how Jewish people are conducting DNA of some people to identify their missing tribe, whatever sparked this off I do not know but God is about to do something of which we are not sure about before the advent of Christ second coming.

I also read Femi Fani Kayode’s post on “Who are the Yoruba People”? (part 1).

“He systematically traced Yoruba ancestry to the black Cushite migrants and settlers. That they were driven out of Arab’s lands and communities because they refused to give up their religious faith, their deep mysticism and paganism and their idol worship after Islam was introduced to those places by Prophet Mohammed.

They migrated to the banks of the great river Nile in Egypt where they intermingled and inter-married with the Egyptians, the Nubians and the Sudanese of the Nile, For many thousands of years many of the Yoruba remained on the banks of the Nile but the bulk of them eventually migrated to what was to later become known as North-eastern Nigeria and once again they  settled, mingled and inter-bred with the Shuwa Arabs and the Kanuries of Bornu”  he stated that it was from here they migrated to where they are today, the Western Nigeria.

Of so much interest was that he stated that nobody knows the meaning of the term YORUBA, neither did he suggest any or infer one through their cultural and spiritual heritage.

I was happy to read that write up because it allied with the Scripture of Truth of the hand work of God in his creation and distribution of tribe and races.

I believe that there is something in a name. God gives a child of destiny names. Such names reveals calling and destiny.

Many have written about Igbo race but none has attempted to define the word “IGBO”. Some body has said that this word is a corrupted form of Hebrew (Igbo – Heebrew), and that to a large extent is correct seeing that they claim descent from there.

But the simple meaning of the word “Igbo” is Trumpeter, Announcer, or Somebody that create awareness.

From the culture of Igbos we have this instrument the messengers use in delivering message to the people which is call GONG AND IS CALLED IN IGBO LANGUAGE “IGBOO OR IGBUGBO” it is from here we got the name.

Spiritually this name portray the destiny of Igbo people whether physical or spiritual.

The spiritual calling and destiny of Igbos are to be a sent messenger of God, a watchman , an announcer, a priest to themselves and to others, a mediator. Physically that is exactly the role they have been playing for themselves and for other tribes where God plant them. As the instrument trumpet and gong makes noise for the messenger and create awareness to deliver his message, so Igbos makes noise to air their view. They fear no one in doing this.

They hardly keep secret especially when its purpose is to hid evil and perpetrate injustice. They know how to cry out when injustice is done and they are ready to die trying to solve it no matter the tribe or race that is involve. Their conscious riot against injustice and they cannot hold it.

So you can see where their problem comes from, it is in their blood and cannot help it, it is God’s imposition, gong and trumpet do not make noise on their own, somebody must have provoked or beaten it, Igbos  just do not make empty noise but the noise of a watchman, for justice, equity and fair play and it is expedient to listen to them whenever they raise alarm.

IGBO IS A DESTINY NAME, ATMOSPHERE OF WATCHMAN AND TRUMPET FOLLOW THEM ABOUT. I PRAY THEY KEEP IT UP, FOR GOD WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE IF THEY ARE THERE AND EVIL KEEPS ON THRIVING.

SATAN’S PLAN TO DESTROY GOD’S WORLD DID NOT START TODAY.

The vulnerability of women and girls have made them an endangered species, and a prey to Satan and men that took after him. What is the spirit and intent of a man indecently assaulting and raping a baby girl, a minor and an adult woman?

Some has attributed it to rituals, while some said adventure and some share wickedness. But whatever be the reason, women and girls should know that the most reason is to sow seed of seduction in them.

Satan has seen that it is not easy for him to destroy a woman that is sexually faithful. He knows that a faithful woman’s body is inhabited by God and he has no space there. His plan now is to violate the woman to sow the seed of seduction from youth, so that the girl child will star early to flirt and minus God in her life.

Secondly he sow the seed of wickedness and unforgiving spirit to their victim girls or adult women. Also sowed is the seed of hatred, rejection, despair which leads to suicide. Many has committed suicide on this for lack of knowledge.

Destructive parents who have the mark of the beast project their children to these shameful end.

Destructive husbands are the worst for it, some do not have intention to marry but to buy a woman in the name of marriage to destroy, that is why they always rape their wives to sow a seed of hatred, murmurings, quarrels and fighting, so that she can wearied her to despair and the end product is suicide.

The spiritual repercussion of these evil that men do to these children and women cannot be enumerated.

So I warn women to look after their girl children, women to beware of men that do delight in these shameful attitude and know that they have all these agenda at the back of their mind, therefore you must advice yourself, counsel yourself and never allow your mind to be dominated with unconsoled groaning when you become a victim. If you see yourself as a victim, forgive yourself immediately so that you can forgive your offender, as you do satan will flee, because he has failed to achieve his purpose and mission in your life. Remember many women still fulfilled their destiny after being violated, you are not alone.

Let us be conscious of ourselves and be in the mist of our friends and relations, tempting no man with seduction and the Lord will help us to escape their evil plans.

The internet has made the world a global village, that some of us who are in Nigeria can feel the pulse of those in America and other Nations of the world.

Reading some articles from Americans I feel their serious apprehension of the world ending here and now than we in Nigeria and Africa. This apprehension mostly comes as a result of the fact that God’s own nation has degenerated so low to allow sins to rule it. They shudder when the sin of sodomy, transgender, bestiality etc. is being mentioned in their mist. We even condemn them and look at them as the worst sinners and attach Babylon to them, but they are still more sincere than us.

Let us x-ray our lives and corporate existence in Nigeria and judge whether we are not the same Babylon.

Can we defend  ourselves from our Creator to escape being punished as God did to the destroyed first world of Noah or from Sodom and Gomorrah?

Looking at our Political Corporate existence today what sector can we say that Nigerians can look at and become consoled and vouch for our continuous existence as a nation.

 You spend your heard earned money on Newspaper to read Corporate lies, stealing and its cover up going on in offices and there are no corporate whistle blowers but individuals whistle blowers who courageously blow whistle without enough evidence to prosecute the matters in Court and punish the offenders.

Because it is a corporate stealing, there is corporate cover up by destroying all the documentary evidence and if any documentary evidence happens by chance to be produced, it will quickly get missing in the hands of the investigators and prosecutors after a shady deals.

Our political and corporate sectors has turned the nation upside down, lies are made to be truth and truth are turned to be lies, our instituted laws carries different meaning to different individuals with injustice reigning supreme with impunity. It is the reign of cabals who must defend their positions by crook hook and sinker and have succeeded in holding every one to ransom by unquestionable lies. Their oath of office is now to defend all their shady and shameful deals by means of lies and cover up.

OUR NATIONAL AROMA AND FRAGRANCE TO THE WORLD NOW IS CORUPTION AND LIES.

IN RELIGION, is the same clique of politicians parading as pastors and general overseers. The work together with politicians who turn their congregation to their political affiliation during election.

Because these religious group we have now is not Christians and cannot be treated as one, God has brought out a Code by government to regulate their activities. The Governance Code for Not-For-Profit issued by the Financial Reporting Council that would regulate the politico-religious activities of this churches and Mosques has been criticized for being ultra-vires and dangerous for the right of free association. One Dr. Sam Amadi of immediate past chairman of Nigerian Electricity Regulations Commission succinctly put it as follows- “The Code is dangerous because it attempts to abridge the right to free association without any compelling government interest or threat to national security, defence, public safety and public order. Therefore it is an unlawful regulation intervention”.

I do not understand Dr. Sam’s school of thought. Who is dangerously destroying the freedom of association here. Is it the thieves who lives on falsehood by falsely luring people to come under the umbrella of religion and the gullible people came and did all the contributions and now it is for only the cliques? People collect their salary less tax deduction, tithe, pledges, vows, seed sowings, offerings and many other contributions in the office and religious ground and nothing to show for it because it has ended up into few hands. I thought religion is to help and protect the poor, weaklings, ophans, widows and the likes, is this what we are seeing today? What has led to armed robbery, kidnappings, Boko Harram’s people fleeing home to a place like South Africa, desert crossing risks and the likes? Is this not a paradox to Dr. Sam’s prepositions?

As far as I know the people against the Code either do not understand the law governing Not-For-Profit Organizations. This Code pivoted from Companies And Allied Matters Act (CAMA) under Part C.

The Constitution of the Incorporated Trustees under CAMA must house an Article “Source of Income, Disbursement of the said Income, Appointment of Auditors and Special Clause”.

SPECIAL CLAUSE:- 1.         The income and properties of a registered Trustees of any organization shall be applied Solely towards the promotion of the objective of the body as set forth in this Rules and Regulation/Constitution; and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise howsoever by way of profit, to the members of the ministry or association.

2.        Provided that nothing here shall prevent the payment in good faith, or reasonable and proper remuneration to any officer or servant of the ministry or association in return for any service actually rendered to the association.

a.         With the exception of ex-officio members of the Governing Council, no member of the council of management or governing body shall be appointed to any salaried office of the association or ministry paid by fees.

b.        No remuneration or other benefit in money or money’s worth shall be given by the body to any member of such council or governing body except repayment of pocket expences or reasonable and proper rent for the premises demised, or let to the association or reasonable fees for services rendered.

3.        If in the event of winding up or dissolution of the corporate body if there remains after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities, any Property whatsoever, the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the association but shall be given or transferred to some other institution having objects similar to the object of association or ministry, such institution to be determined by the members of the association at or before the time of dissolution.

4.        If effect cannot be given to the aforesaid provisions, then the remaining property shall be transferred to some charitable object.

Careful perusal of this Special Clause on the Incorporation of Trustees, what do we make out of it concerning what Nigerian churches and mosques are going through in the hands of the leaders?

A nation building in lies are turning Not-For-Profit associations to one man corporate company which is for personal profit.

The only flaw I see in the corporate governance code for churches is in legislating the life term of office holders and their founders, which is to be left to the body’s discretionary power, but to accounting and auditing they must do and account to the church for the income and expenditures, for it is church money and not personal or cabals’.

The rule in the kingdom of Christ Jesus is Communism as instituted by the Holy Spirit in the first Century Church and the same Bible Constitution has not change and cannot be changed by end time ministers. You do not tell the people you are running a church and they came with that believe and open heart only to use them for selfish purpose, when they are in need you denied them with that disappointment they go back to the world with evil report of church.

The way to run a church is there in the bible and if they did not see it, and did not know how to run a church, they would have seen and imitate Jehovah Witness Organizational system and their obedient to the Great Commission. We can imitate others in all that is good and correct when we did not get it right, but to re-write the Bible is not acceptable by God.

Holy Spirit cannot sit by and watch all this mess in His Kingdom and so it is time to go to bases.

The Justice verdict of God is spoken of in the Gospel of John 8:44, Jesus Christ pronounced the religious leaders of His time who do not dwell in truth as liars, who do the work of their father the devil, when he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and father of it.

There is a reward to all liars. Whether you are in Politics or Religious circle and disobeying the Constitution that instituted you, and turned yourself to an individual or corporate thief and liars, the only big eye watching all mankind will expose and disgrace you.

It is time for restitution, remember that the only forgiveness for stealing is restitution. If you do not want the hammer of God upon your head, I plead with you to restitute what you have stolen and sin no more. God can remove recession from Nigeria if our leaders start to repent from a life of falsehood and leave a truthful life. We all are still talking about change and it must start from me! IS IT NOT TO SHARE YOUR FOOD WITH THE HUNGRY AND TO PROVIDE THE POOR WANDERER- WITH SHELTER WHEN YOU SEE THE NAKED, TO CLOTHE HIM, AND NOT TO TURN AWAY FROM YOUR OWN FLESH AND BLOOD?

THEN YOUR LIGHT WILL BREAK FORTH LIKE THE DAWN, AND YOUR HEALING WILL QUICKLY APPEAR; THEN YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL GO BEFORE YOU, AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD WILL BE YOUR REAR GUARD.

THEN YOU WILL CALL, AND THE LORD WILL ANSWER; YOU WILL CRY FOR HELP, AND HE WILL SAY: HERE AM I.
